Slept very well. Room had its own AC/heater that was very easy to use. Great for temperature management.

Wir sind wieder in Martigny und haben wieder das Hotel Campanile gewählt. Es befindet sich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und dem Zentrum. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend! Nespresso-Maschine im Zimmer und ein fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet ☕️ Siehe auch meine ausführliche frühere Bewertung. Diesmal haben wir ein ganzes Büchlein als Gästekarte erhalten „MyPrivilège“ und damit gibt es jede Menge Rabatte

THe Hotel has a good location and very nice staff. Rooms are small for 2 Person. The Hotel has only 12 Parking spots for a lot more rooms. So we ended up parting on the public place where you had to pay. The bath is renovated, but for 4 towels you have exactly one hanging hooking, not even a bar. Also the shower taps remaind on the same level as they used to be when it was still a bathtub. Needless to say you nealy need to crawl on your knees to operate the shower. all in all good value for money and ok for 1 - 2 nights

Hôtel de passage bon pour une nuit. hôtel avec un bon petit déjeuner jolie salle de petit déjeuner. chambre pas exceptionnelle .au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel ça sent le tabac car il y a un bar à côté de l' hôtel . Il n'est pas très bien situé à l'entrée de la ville.par contre ensuite lorsque vous entrez dans la ville c'est un petit peu plus joli . petit train à faire qui montre la ville qui est assez escarpée. crêperie très bonne a l entrée de Martigny bourg.

Great location in city center convenient to train station, restaurants, and shops. Room was small but clean and comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast buffet was good and staff were helpful and friendly.

I booked a stay at campanile Martigny for a room for 4 (room 603) to realise that the entire staircase, corridor and room smell strong cigarette.
I am currently in the room with newborn child and a kid - this is unacceptable as the smell remains.
I am looking for a management gesture I couldn’t sleep neither my kids and yet we have a stay in this hotel for two nights.
Can you help in either arranging full refund or any other gesture?
