Excellent service and a great place to stay! Really enjoyed the 2-star Michelin restaurant:) would highly recommend to any honeymoon couple who want to have a relax and romantic holiday👍🏻

The environment is first-class, the facilities are advanced and perfect, and the service attitude is excellent.
Booked a premium room and double spa to celebrate my wife’s birthday.
The hotel upgraded our room to a large suite and gave us a wine tasting.
I didn’t have breakfast, but the lunch was of excellent quality. I wanted to book a dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant, but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Très déçus de cette nouvelle visite dans votre établissement. C’est la quatrième fois que nous y séjournons et faire des soins dans votre établissement, et nous avons eu un accueil très médiocre ( personne pour porter les valises …) ! Pire , la personne qui nous a accueillis nous a demandé si c’était notre première fois !?? Mais vous ne vous renseignez pas avant sur les hôtes que vous recevez ?? Nous avions booke une chambre prestige et nous avons été logés dans une chambre toute petite et sans aucun charme ! Alors que la dernière fois , la chambre prestige était dotée d’un petit salon et bien plus spacieuse . De plus aucun égard à notre arrivée , auparavant j’avais eu une pochette avec des échantillons et la rien …pour des clients habitués comme nous cela ne nous a pas fait plaisir ! Et pour couronner le tout , aucune possibilité de dîner à la table du lavoir . Je pense que c’est la moindre des choses de réserver à l’avance une table pour les personnes logeants sur place ! Ou du moins de nous contacter pour savoir où nous souhaitons dîner si les restaurants sont bondés . Contraints de dîner au rouge , et bien nous n’y reviendrons pas ! Un choix de plats restreints et surtout très très moyens ! Je ne sais pas si nous reviendrons …. Immense déception !

Beautiful place, very helpful staff, rooms beautiful and well equipped. I will give a very high score to the staff, they were always trying to make your experience the best. Five stars service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Amazing SPA, that makes you relax and disconnect from the outside world. The only disappointment was the wine tasting (💔) the Brazilian guys there was very nice but … They need to improve a lot, it was a pity 👎

If you are planning a trip to Bordeaux and are considering de Caudalie, do not hesitate. Make your reservation now! This chateaux checks all of the boxes. It is beautiful, comfortable, and interesting, with multiple things to do. The food is excellent, the wines are superb, the beds are comfortable, the rooms large, and the staff accommodates to your every need. My husband and I have been all over the world and nothing tops this. (I'm not being paid to say this.)

The property is absolutely relaxing and beautiful! Our accommodations were beautiful; the wine and food are fabulous; the estate is fabulous, and the outdoor pool is beautiful. The bar was perfect and the farm style restaurant had wonderful food. Details: make reservations for any dining well ahead of your stay as these fill; we did not have a car and so it was a challenge/expensive to get into the city without that. That said, I would absolutely recommend the resort!
