Pousada é linda em todos os horários um ambiente familiar e aconchegante, o atendimento da recepcionista clueba é sensacional, ela faz tudo com muito capricho e tenta levar o melhor pro clientes, os colaboradores são gentis e prestativos. O café da manhã é ótimo, o chá da tarde então é fantástico, o quarto limpo tudo novinho aconchegante. A pousada toma todos os cuidados com o covid-19. Pontos para melhoria: O canal da tv poderia ser fechados. A pousada poderia ampliar o SPA coloca um ofurô para casal. Super recomendo a pousada e pretendo volta sem dúvidas.

A Pousada Rancho da Serra tem um excelente atendimento e os donos estão sempre atentos a qualquer solicitação feita. O café da manhã é perfeito e o chá da tarde nem se fala... Estou simplesmente encantada com o lugar, é um verdadeiro paraíso em Martins. Foi tudo maravilhoso!

Uma pousada muito linda e charmosa. Uma decoração de muito bom gosto. Fiz apenas uma visita para conhecer o local e me hospedar da próxima vez que for a Martins. Fui muito bem recebida pela Rute que nos apresentou todo o espaço sempre demonstrando muita atenção conosco. O espaço é muito arborizado, bem decorado, e possui piscina, sala de jogos, redário, academia, salas de massagem e fazendinha. Tudo estava muito bem cuidado. O quarto é charmoso, com decoração de muito bom gosto. Banheiro igualmente amplo e impecável na limpeza. No chalé também há uma varanda com armadores de rede, uma mesinha e cadeiras. Dos 03 locais que pedi para conhecer, esta foi a mais charmosa, limpa, atrativa. Considerei a melhor.
