On my very first day i asked the staff to change the room as it was sitting next to a family with babies who would cry and scream non stop. Staff managed to find a better room to move me in. The 2nd room interior design was a little better than the first one. On my second night i was woken up at night by drunk ppl talking and singin next door and then by the cleaning ladies during the morning. Rooms are NOT soundproof at all. This is a nicely located hotel on the seaside in San Benedetto del Tronto. Almost all rooms have breathtaking sea views, breakfast quality is average and rooms have limited sound insulation that might be annoying for noise sensitive people. Rooms are large with very simple furnitures and decorative elements but equipped with kitchen and dining table. Location of the hotel is very good with easy access to the beach and restaurants

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel ed eravamo 4 famiglie di amici con figli. Siamo stati bene. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Cena abbondante e genuina con piatti cucinati in modo semplice e genuino. Buone le torte a colazione. Al mare siamo andati col pulmino reso disponibile come servizio. Non abbiamo visto animazione, ma non ne avevamo bisogno. Il tennis è disponibile anche se il campo è un po' trascurato. Ok la piscina. L'Hotel è molto pulito. Non tutte le camere hanno frigo bar. Il giudizio del gruppo era positivo all'unanimità.

We booked a room here at the last minute and were so glad we did. The building is beautiful and as impeccably cared for on the inside as it is on the outside. Our room was peaceful and so comfortable for our family of three. We had the balcony on our floor to ourselves on multiple occasions, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy ourselves. The staff made us feel welcome from the first moment and were very helpful when we needed anything at all. The included breakfast was wonderful, and the staff made our toddler his own delicious “kid lattes” with steamed milk. When my wife had to work, they even insisted I bring up breakfast for her on a tray with no room service charge! We will definitely be coming back and are so appreciative of the staff who made our stay so terrific.
