Overpriced and the design of the bathroom is poor. The bathroom was also unclean. However, the staffs are so friendly.

Not a bad place to stay. Close to a local shopping area, and close to the motorways. I will go back there in the future

The guy at Reception was very attentive, polite and cordial. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Recommended, we will return.

Good appearance, old and uncomfortable spring mattresses, uncomfortable pillows, and small sheets for the bed that is. Don't have a good night.

Situated about a 39 minute drive from the airport makes this a good choice. The underground parking which is €15 a day is found at the rear of the hotel via a one way street. Free parking in the road if you can find a space. This is a very smart looking hotel on the inside. The rooms are quite spacious and there is a mains socket next to the bed convenient for charging your devices. The restaurant has a good selection of food. Breakfast was OK but I didn't see any fresh fruit or yoghurt. There is a lift to the upper floors and to the underground car park. WiFi reception was very good. Essential for business trips. There were quite a few cafes and shops nearby but I didn't have time to explore fully as I was only there for one night. Recommended and would happily stay there again when I am next in the area.

Hotel was excellent value for money. Good location, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff, spacious rooms with clean bathrooms. Average dinner selection. Breakfast buffet with extensive selection and big selection. Safe underground parking reasonably priced. Overall impression very good. Any time again. Thank you

First time at the Ciutat Martorell. Super stylish bed and bathroom. Check-in/out swiftly done. Decently priced. On the overall, a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is very average. No hot meals during breakfast. No scrambled eggs. There are some benefits though. Very reachable from Barca. The hotel is equipped with good air conditioning, and it has underground parking which is suitable for higher vehicles (2.3 meters). Rooms are clean and the bath is convenient

Everything was good except the fact that gym was closed due to COVID 19… but the staff was/is very friendly and helpful. Room cleanness is acceptable and we could not complain about anything. Being a long stay, you will eventually complain about the breakfast but it is normal to have the same food every morning… Overall our experience was great and we recommend this hotel being it chosen for long stays or just short ones.

We went for a family lunch and it must be said that at all times they attended to us with the utmost attention and diligence. The food could certainly be improved in every aspect, as some dishes arrived cold and some undercooked. I do not doubt the quality of the product, but rather the lack of foresight when calculating the temperature at the time of serving it. I want to think that it is something specific, since I had no previous experiences. But we weren't that many people either.

We are a couple who use manual wheelchairs, "both of us", we have reserved the room that is supposedly "most adapted" for three nights, it won't be long before we call the police to help us get out of the bathtub, but hey, With our skills we were able to. Just tell whoever it may concern that it is not much of an expense to have a shower at ground level. That way a group as large as ours would have a very good option in this hotel. The best thing about this hotel, by far, has been the staff, lovely Laura, Marina, everyone... It's just a shower, and we will repeat for sure.
