I liked the fact that the hotel staff were very approachable and polite. I would like to stay for a weekend, it's the only time available I have to enjoy the hotel and visit (get to know) Santarém. Breakfast is essential, however it could be a little better.

Hotel for families or work. Very quiet area and no problem parking. Correct rooms with very comfortable bed. Outdoor pool with sunbathing area and a snack bar for a drink. Gym with a variety of machines and indoor pool. Hearty breakfast but the coffee was not good, for Portugal.

The spacious room had dusty furniture, the days were much better on the carpet, the flush button was broken and we had to walk around with the button to clear it or turn off the water.

I think that in a premium room it would be nice to have complimentary water. At breakfast the employees set the tables for lunch early and make a lot of noise around the guests, I don't see the need for this, as they can do their work from 10:30 which is the time it ends the small lunch
