I have been staying with them for more than 25 years. A great hotel, especially with current management under Sharon and Max. Clean, friendly, homey, professional and just great. The best hotel in Maryborough by far.

We stayed one night in Maryborough at the Blue Shades Motel We found the room to be very clean modern and comfortable. They have a small restaurant and the food was 1st class and service friendly I would highly recommend eating and staying there

Can highly recommend -
The room/bathroom was immaculately clean, bed very comfy, adequate cutlery, microwave, mini fridge stocked with bottled water and small milk cartons. Coffee sachets were Moccona!
The lovely Reception guy was very accomodating to my needs - I had a stuffed knee so couldn’t use steps, so he happily changed my room to ground floor.
Can’t comment on the pool as I didn’t use it.
Will def stay again next time :)

Loved yhat the property was very clean but didn't smell like bleach. Comfortable bed and nice quiet sleep. Convenient late check-in key pick up. Great communications. Will definitely stay again.
