Room 204 smelled upon arrival. Think the sink pipes need to be cleaned. Ac would not cool very well and it’s 45-50 degrees outside. Only had one friendly bar tender. Had a fruit fly in gin at one bar. Bartender seemed unphased. No apology. This used to be a great place going back to players island then harrahs. Now seems less games and is getting run down fast. Everywhere you look ceiling or floors need help. Too bad this used to be really cool with the saltwater fish tank you could play at the bar and relax.

I’ve stayed before and it seems they’ve remodeled the rooms. The barn doors on the bathrooms are very non-private and the rooms are pretty small for what they are charging. I don’t like getting in the shower to turn it own, I prefer water be warm when I get in. Not fond of the guessing game.
We had a double queen and it was just really small. My son had a king, he said the same thing… no room to move around really but it was ok I guess.
Your staff was amazing though

One thing I did notice people were smoking in non smoking areas. May seem petty but those of us that can’t tolerate smoke well, bad lungs, allergies, etc…we appreciate the non smoking areas

I felt the the room description was way off I picked the king suit that sleeps 3. It does not sleep three there is no pull out sofa in the sofa. You sleep on the cushions that were not wide enough to sleep on. They offered to bring a cot up but that was for a child.
They did put us in the small two queen room they said they did not have the bigger queen room available.

Got charged 127 for the room plus a 60.00 deposit and then charged another 50 fee won’t do that again
