攜程與酒店溝通不到位，重複扣費，如果不是個人發現，在這個酒店就要被雙倍收費，而且攜程沒有一個合理的處理方案，非常失望
不是對一個人重複收費，而是對同行的都雙重收費了，攜程對接網絡服務真的非常差

When we first arrived, I was greeted by the very nice security officer who informed me the employee was on a break. So, I had to wait to check in. When the employee returned from break, he was very pleasant and got us checked in. When we got to ‘our’ room, I opened the door, and there is a man in there! That was so scary for both us and the other guest. We went back to the desk, the employee did try to apologize and give us a coupon for breakfast, but we declined. We finally arrive to an empty room. The bathroom had a towel balled up on the floor. Hair in the sink and tub, and the tub backed up when trying to shower. The shower gel had clumps in it, like it had been sitting for quite sometime. There was even a wadded up dryer sheet in the floor. The heat barely worked and made an awful noise. We needed ice. We were on the 8th floor. We had to go to every floor until the 4th floor finally had ice. Needless to say, no sleep was had. This is the most awful experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We usually stay at Double Tree when we travel, but I think, that will be changing. We paid good money to rest, and it was a waste of time and money.

It was a good experience overall. The rooms are dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a strange location, with the nearest restaurants about a mile away. It's walkable, but a bit of a walk. The lobby bar does offer food, but it was really crowded. The hotel offers an aiport shuttle. They told it us it started running at 6:00 am. When we tried to take it 6:00 the following morning, we were told it takes guests from the nearby Sheraton first and should be back by 7:00 am for Doubletree guests. We ended up taking an Uber. It would have been better if they had been upfront about that. We didn't have any issues taking the shuttle to the hotel from the airport. There were a lot of families in the hotel from a soccer tournament, and the hallways were noisy with kids running up and down the hallways. I'm guessing this wasn't a normal occurrence. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet. We booked it as part of the room rate, which made it a better deal.

We called and asked how late the pool was open they said 11 we get there she assured us it was open so we got ready to swim go down and pool was closed at 10pm was not happy with that. There was still poop on our toliet from previous guests very unsanitary

I stayed at this hotel for a week which it wasn't equipped for a long term stay. I was told it was upon checking in. Also I was told other amenities were offered but they weren't. Room was clean and I felt safe. Hotel isn't modern and rooms aren't. I do not like they charge for breakfast which when trying to purchase they didn't have a lot of options and waffle maker was broke. I also ate at restaurant once and I wasn't satisfied with food. Food taste like it was processed. If you need a quick place to stay or rest, it is a good idea. I wouldn't recommend a long term stay or a place with a variety of food choices in hotel. Also I waited on shuttle over an hr and they stated shuttle comes every 30 mins. I would recommend getting a Uber or Lyft to airport

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times throughout the years, but it had been awhile. I was shocked when I arrived Friday night to find the lot virtually empty. There were people in the lobby, the staff was friendly, and I was checked in promptly. They placed me on the eighth floor, and I honestly was creeped out when it appeared I was the only one staying on the floor. I wasn’t - I saw someone going into their room the next morning, and I saw housekeeping cleaning a room down the hallway, but there was not a peep around me. No footsteps, doors, television noise. Nothing. The shower was nice. The bed and linens were very clean (I unmake every hotel bed and intact it before I sleep), but the room itself was worn and tired. There was a suspicious red stain on the floor next to the bed. I wore shoes every time my feet hit the floor. The next morning, there were all kinds of cars in the lot pouring in for a meeting of some sort downstairs, but otherwise it was an eerie stay. I don’t think I’ll be back for awhile. I will stick to other locations in the area.
