Upon walking through the front door we were impressed with how clean it looked and smelled. The room was very nice especially considering their reasonable rates! Breakfast was delicious and we loved the free shuttle option to the near by ******. We would definitely recommend to others and would book again.

We experienced only two areas that we would have like to see some improvement. 1) The television channel menu did not match the actual channel. Therefore, if you were viewing the scrolling menu guide and found something you wanted to watch, it was nearly impossible to find the actual channel the program was on. An employee printed out a list of the channels that we were able to convert to the channel guide (somewhat). It worked out ok, but very inconvenient. Employee mentioned that all the rooms are different. It seems the television systems should all be the same. 2) The single king bed room only had one occasional chair. It would have been more comfortable for there to have been two chairs for double occupancy.

Perfect location across from the seattle premium outlets. The hotel is wonderful and the staff is attentive.

Very new, spacious room, but the design of the European and American window fan is really not flattering, the noise is loud, and it turns off after heating for a while. The parking lot is large, free, and very convenient. Breakfast is included, although it is small, it tastes good.
