Garden Courts Hotel Masaka

The place is wonderfully serene. You first get blown away by the beauty of the reception area. The rooms are spacious with all the required amenities. The staff are caring and take time to solve the clients needs. The health club is well sanitised and the services are also on point. Very nice location for family, team and business trips. Well done.

Booking in process- it was very confusing

It was wonderful. The reception was wonderful. However, more has to be done on the kitchen as some food sometimes is not up to the standard. Also the TV in the dining should be looked into. But thank you.

I liked the professionalism of the staff; they are friendly and respectful. The hotel is super clean, the very green enviroment is very peaceful, a good internet connection is available, a very healthy break-fast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. A beautiful place if one is looking for a place to relax.

It offers a luxurious feel at an affordable price and the bed and breakfast is as good as any hotel or better than most in the area. The rooms are nice but not so sound proof and the bathrooms are abit small

I enjoyed the ambius, customer care and the hospitality of the place i am grateful for that service hope management will maintain the same and also make more innovations for other visitations of the guests

It was really a nice reception that i received, i parked my car and the reception attendant was really welcoming and also the rooms provided as per the cost it was really worthy and the room was clean as to what i had wished and the restaurant reception was ok on my side since the dish was really good, thank you and keep it up please.

The garden courts team was great and hospitable. The place was so calm, natural and full of life. the rooms were spacious and clean. Most especially the showers that could be regulated in terms of temperature. I loved it.

I travelled to this hotel on the 30th of October and was booked for 3 nights checking out on the 2nd of November 2023. I stayed in room 504 and every thing was in perfect functional state. I had warm baths all the time, my lighting was fine, WIFI connectivity was good, the intercom worked fine and the housekeeping did a commendable job on a daily. The reception staff was very cheerful and professional while attending to me and the restaurant staff was very attentive and helpful every time i went there to have my meals. Ruth, Flavia and Steven at the restaurant stood out and food was very tasty and fresh. My best dish was chicken tikka...oh my God, you need to taste this one when you visit the hotel. The entire reception team headed by Barbra was amazing. Cleopatra who welcomed me with all smiles and checked me in, to Yusuf and Aloysius, i can only say thank you for making my stay memorable and worthwhile. Chris the general manager ensured that i was as comfortable as could be all the time. Finally, the ambiance, lush gardens and the green all around just brings back life to every tired and broken soul. I totally recommend this hotel to everyone travelling and planning to stay in Masaka whether for business, holiday or otherwise, it offers value for your money and much more.
