I needed to book a hotel on Cape Cod at the very last minute. This was all that was left. The room was clean. Sheets and bed comfortable. And the bathroom clean. Everything felt old. Cracks in the tiles. But they take good care of the cleaning. I found the staff (all two of them) very kind and friendly. This is a basic motel. Do not think other wise. Small towels, small rooms. But if all you need is a bed and a shower while visiting Cape Cod, this is fine.
