There were 5 of us, including a kid and my parents and everyone enjoyed 2 day trip. Service and people here are just wonderful, it's like 5+ star hotel. Food if great, location is fine, winter or summer, spring or autumn - wonderful place to come and enjoy life! Highly recommended.

Ümümi otelin konsepti, səliqəsi və xidmət çox yüksək səviyyədə idi. Əlavə olaraq qeyd edim ki FO komandası xüsusi ilə Zəbi bəy, Əli bəy, Nuranə xanım və Aysu xanımın bizə göstərdiyi qayğı, suallarımızı operativ formada həll etməkdə çox kömək oldular. Perfect staff. Amazing location. Spa requires maintainance, medical services section requires more privacy and silence. Entertainment is also on a proper level (at least, for Novruz Holidays). Seems that management of the hotel does a good work in comparison to many other hotels in the country.

Deyatli arasdirmamis qerar vermeyin. Artiq evvelki Qalaalti deyil. Reklamlara inanmayin. Cox sey gosterildiyi kimi olmayacaq. Getmezden once bir nece defe dusunun. Hetta 1 eded bele sekil cekmediyim ucun sekil hissesine sekil qoya bilmeyecem. Cekilesi, paylasilasi hec bir musbet terefi yoxdu.

Overall it was ok but we will not go back there for sure. Food was very bad ( buffet dinner in Menzere restaurant), room was not clean when we checked in ( lots of hair on the bathroom floor!!!), no one was in the kids club to look after the child (2 visits during 1 night stand)…

The thing i liked the most about this hotel was its worker staff. wanted to specifically mention spa worker destegul aliyeva . Such a generous woman and does her best! Hotel overall could’ve improved some things .

This hotel is located on top of mountain. I liked everything here except meals. Guldasta was very nice and friendly. Reception staff is very helpful. Rooms are very nice. Swimming pool, spa, Turkish hamam is at the top clean and nice. Housekeeping lady was very friendly.
