Good location. Good value for money. Room is a little "dated". Road noise from the highway.

Although I can forgive a lot, I cannot forgive the amount of issues with this place. It is run down and unkept. Many things were broken. The staff was not helpful or concerned about the broken AC, hot water, phone, or door. Do not think for one second you are getting any type of breakfast. It is a bare minimum of dried packaged things. It smells bad.

The service was great, very nice hospitality! Excellent workers! Definitely recommend, very clean, very well managed! The pool was amazing, very clean, easy access! One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed! Would definitely go back!

Hotel is about 2 miles from downtown Hannibal. It is located at a busy intersection which led to some traffic noise. For the price, it was a good hotel.

the biggest disappointment was the door leaked significantly letting in noise from the nearby highway. It was quite loud especially for some of the semi's.

I was in the area for the weekend to go to a homesteaders life conference weekend but due to exhaustion and swollen feet I didn't make it to the event but I enjoyed relaxing and visit a few restaurants and get to enjoy the area since I had never been there before. All the people I met were friendly and the workers at the hotel were awesome. I will definitely return again in the future.
