The hotel does not have enough customers to keep the water hot. We were told to run the water until we got hot water. It seemed to work (luke warm) at 8 pm, but at 8 am, when we wanted to take a shower, it never got hot. The front desk clerk was very responsive, but there is not much he can do if the building is not well maintained.

The key cards didn't work at all on the first room even when the desk staff couldn't get it to work! The 2nd room I was moved to had the same problems, once it took 4 tries to get it to work, then the next time when I returned to the room it took two times, then three times!

The building is old. We had two rooms. Both rooms were dirty. Bedding was old. Found hair on the sheets. Second room, Cockroaches ran across the bed when we turned on the light and turned around and left! Freaked the kids out!!! No problem getting our money back.

Water was barely luke warm. Reminded me of summer camp style shower from the 1980’s trying to hurry so I could warm back up.
Remnants from previous o. Pants in room. TP in toilet. Washcloth (used) changing on shower curtain.

There was no attendant upon arrival. The heater in the pool was broken and the pool was dirty. We had no towels in our room and we still have no hot water. All other lodging is full as there's a tournament in the area. The manager keeps saying the hot water will be fixed. We've been here since 2 and still no hot water.

Rooms were recently painted. Sofa in room was in need of a cleaning, the arm rests were dark with dirt. The outside had the feel and look of a seedy hotel. Need to look brighter and more inviting. The indoor pool was closed. Continental breakfast was lacking. The coffee was warm, there was limited choices, browning bananas, honey buns, bagels, and bread, cereal and pancakes, plus juices. Eggs and some sausage or bacon would have been nice, and some yogurt or muffins

Didn't smell like it looks. Newer floor - probably because the stains wouldn't come out. Place for road crews to sleep.
