I loved my stay at hotel Jaccarino and from the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. The staff is lovely and they (particularly Renato ⭐) really cared and looked after the guests. The location was perfect and the views from the terrace are breathtaking.The food was good. The breakfast was very good too. Lovely atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again ❤

Charming and spotless hotel. Location was perfect offering the best views I have had in any hotel, and the shuttle bus to Sorrento was an excellent addition, allowing you quick and easy access to Sorrento and from there able to further explore the region. We went from Sorrento by ferry to Capri and bus to Positano, and also spent a lovely day exploring Sorrento itself. On alternate days when we weren’t exploring, we were able to relax by the lovely pool. No need to reserve sunbeds (and the sunbeds have a guard to keep the sun from your face which was ideal for reading) Staff were friendly and helpful, the gentleman who helped take the cases to the room for us was exceptional, and it was a pleasure to see him working tirelessly - he clearly takes pride in his work. The holiday ended in disaster when I carelessly left my house and car keys in the hotel, but the staff were great and arranged for them to be returned to me via DPD delivery. A short 4 minute work into Sant’Agata, which had lovely cafes and one evening we got a take away pizza which was extremely reasonable and delicious. A great break, had a terrific time.

Room was so big and spacious , staff were so nice and the manager came introduced himself and made you feel so welcome. food was very nice and everywhere the hotel was so clean and fresh . a little way from Sorrento but the bus transfers are so easy

First time in Sorrento and we stayed at the lovely hotel Jaccarino- Great location about,1400 feet up above Sorrento around 4km up- courtesy bus daily which meant we could go down to Sorrento anytime we liked for a change of scenery. The small town af Sant’ Agata is just a few minutes walk out of the rear exit of the hotel along a short path- some nice restaurants there, including Don Alfonso 1890- a must visit! Hotel reception staff were all very friendly and helpful and there was never any problem getting a subbed by the pool- the water is freezing though this time of year!- The hotel manager, Renato, is a real character and a gentleman to boot- lovely guy! Breakfast was plentiful and covered all bases with bacon and eggs, fresh fruit and yoghurt, cold meats, cheeses and salad plus plenty of pastries- something for everyone. I have knocked off one star as the evening food wasn’t the best- all the pasta dishes were lovely, as one would expect, but some of the main courses were a bit below par- we would probably go B&B next time as opposed to half board - Apart from that, a great hotel with lovely staff and we will definitely be back - Thank You Renattto & the team…

Firstly, ignore any reviews older than two years old, the hotel has has a new manager since then in the way of Renato who is absolutely excellent and has clearly turned the hotel around. From the free water bottles, to the robes and slippers! This place is a gem! Wonderful staff in every area. Make sure you book a sea view as the views of Vesuvius etc are breathtaking. Free shuttle bus to Sorrento is a bonus, location is superb, Racy cocktail bar in the village is also a great find. The room was perfect and food good. This is not a big chain hotel so please don't expect it. It's got real charm and with Renato's leadership it has clearly turned a corner. We wouldn't hesitate to return, thank you all so much. (Renato - we are still level on the bets about the weather!)

I returned again this year, excellent hotel, very clean, friendly staff, excellent cuisine, we had a beautiful room with a sea view, I stayed for two days, they were two wonderful days even though it was raining, I always return willingly

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The view of the ocean and Mount vesuvius is superb. They run a shuttle bus up and down to the main part of sorrento which is very helpful. We would stay here again. We found the whole experience very enjoyable

I definitely recommend upgrading to a seaview room, the view is breathtaking. The hotel is clean and pool is fantastic. There is a 10 min. walk to a local village, which is lovely and quaint. Alot of tourist meet up at the restuarants there. The shuttle service from the hotel is extremely helpful to go to town or other locations. I would suggest taking the tours suggested in the Hotel. Overall, I will definitely be coming back. Thank You Hotel Jaccarino

By far the nicest hotel we stayed at on our Italy vacation. The place was super clean. The front desk was excellent. Thank you Marta for all the advice! The room was spacious with a separate area for a child to sleep. It's a old historic hotel. We didn't know when booking that just up the hill behind the hotel was an entire community full of fun shops and restaurants that come alive in the evening. The hotel offers a shuttle from the town of Sorrento which was a huge plus. They will take you to the train station as well. The pool was awesome and the views from our room were really special. Some really wonderful restaurants can be found within walking distance and are a must see. Try Lo Stuzzichino restaurant and a boat cruise of the Amalfi coast.
