I would not recommend this hotel at all we are currently here we did not have water for a shower or toilet for the 1st 36hrs of our trip. I spoke to the manager numerous times she was rude and quite dismissive. I asked her about church times and her response was "I don't go" The European soccer games currently on no main display area to view the matches we arrived back one evening at 21.50 and the hotel bar was closed. The breakfast staff and accommodation staff were very friendly and accommodating think they should be front of house staff. Would recommend somewhere else ti stay

Exceptional hotel, with a magnificent view. The staff and service was absolutely perfect and the owners made us feel at home. I would come back to Naples simply to stay at this hotel. Strongly recommend !!

I stayed at this fantastic property and I highly recommend everyone to try it. We had some fantastic days. Starting from the staff, all very kind and attentive to customer care, up to the room with a breathtaking view and a super rich breakfast! Truly super recommended!

We did not like our stay here. It was a huge disappointment for our first visit ever to Italy. I felt like we were given an inferior room at the bottom of a building. I felt like I was at Summer Camp. Very uncomfortable bed. Rugged looking furniture. Small bathroom. Our electricity stopped working in the bathroom and there were no maintenance workers over the weekend to assist us. The morning we were checking out, it magically worked again. The pool area is very nice with stunning views. Unfortunately, we didn't even get to use the pool. When I read the reviews about a path down to the beach, I was surprised because we were never told there was a path. When you travel to Italy, make sure you bring your own washcloths because they are not provided at any of the hotels.

The location is amazing
The room comfort is very poor, the bathroom condition is very bad.
The reception is nice.
The breqkfast is poor and you need to ask each time some dish is over...
The pool is excellent.
Improving the above can make it a 5 stars property, again - the location is breath taking

Per la nostra esperienza il soggiorno è stato super gradito grazie alla professionalita di Fabiola che si contraddistingue con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Posto bellissimo non solo per il panorama eccezionale ma x la cura e la pulizia per l attenzione all ospite da sottolineare posto immerso nel verde con piscine con acqua di mare curatissime e vista meravigliosa torneremo sicuramente in questo posto accogliente. Un caro saluto a Fabiola da Luca e Assunta
