La Locanda del Minatore

A fine settembre siamo siamo stati a Massa Marittima per il compleanno di mia cugina e mi ha consigliato la Locanda del Minatore. Mia figlia alla sola idea dei cavalli era già felice prima di partire. Siamo arrivati in questa piccola Borgata (Borgata Capanne) e se vi piacciono come a me gli ambienti rustici e di campagna è il luogo perfetto. Ytaca era l'appartamento giusto per noi. Alla reception Iuri il titolare gentilissimo e super disponibile. Fuori ambiente campestre, tanto verde, sei decisamente immerso nella natura a pochi chilometri dalla cittadina e dal meraviglioso Lago dell'Accesa. Per accedere ad Ytaca scale in pietra e ampio spazio con possibilità di mangiare fuori, dondolo e barbecue. L'appartamento grande, con grande cucina e ampio spazio soggiorno con divano-letto e TV. Scala a chiocciola per scendere e due camere grandi, una matrimoniale e una con letto a castello e lettino. Bagno grande in pietra con grande doccia. Ovviamente, in dotazione teli e set bagno messi sul letto in modo preciso e scrupoloso dalla signora Ilaria che si occupa delle pulizie. Appartamento pulito, phon, tv, posto per parcheggiare, WiFi 24h su 24h.Piscina con lettini per l'estate e un piccolissimo percorso per arrivare dai cavalli. Per chi ama la campagna, posti rustici, vicino al mare e alla città lo raccomando.

Favoloso soggiorno immerso nella natura, lontano dal caos cittadino e perfetto per ritrovare se stessi e le persone a cui si vuole bene. Il paesaggio è mozzafiato e il paesino di Capanne è molto tranquillo e pacifico, accanto ad una miniera dismessa, il personale è simpatico.

Abbiamo prenotato questa esperienza con uno smartbox 2 notti in Famiglia x 4 con l'aggiunta di 80€ quindi per un totale di 209€. Quando uno pensa ad un appartamento in Toscana in un maneggio ,si immagina un appartamento rustico e ben curato invece ci siamo trovati un posto vecchio senza gusto . La cucina ha un mobile pieno di coppe vecchie impolverate e una mini tv che avrà quasi 20 anni , il climatizzatore mobile in un angolo sicuramente non funzionante, le zanzariere con buchi vistosi , mobilia varia tutta vecchia e senza gusto All'arrivo il proprietario ci ha detto che potevamo usufruire della piscina . La piscina che si è presentata davanti dopo averla trovata tra l'erba e la vegetazione era imbarazzante , una 4x3 più o meno fuori terra dove per accedergli si doveva entrare attraverso una scaletta arrugginita . La piscina era veramente sporca con macchie di alghe marroni . attorno gli sdrai non curati e da pulire. il wifi offerto non andava e il cellulare non ha nessun segnale , ma ti viene offerto un telefono fisso ( non ho provato a vedere se funzionava) La colazione inclusa nel pacchetto era un cesto con marmellate hero e nutella con brioches confezionate , tutto fai da te, infatti la colazione l'abbiamo sempre fatta fuori. Non consiglio questa esperienza a nessuno .

Grazie Barontini iuri per la tua ospitalità, sei sempre unico e il posto e tenuto bene con qualche lavoretto da fare, non iniziate senza di me che presto ritornò e ti aiuterò io. Amo quel posto rimarrei lì a vita anche se alle volte si fan i capricci. Un abbraccio forte forte

I had booked from 6th to 11th August. I checked in on the 6th. I left on the 7th not giving a damn about the money I already gave. I deluded myself about some positive judgments from local guides which, in the light of my direct experience, I consider very biased. Outdoor swimming pool in plastic fabric reachable via a dirt road in the countryside about 200 meters with murky water without a filtering system. House with old furniture my wife almost got really hurt sitting on a chair whose seat has sagged. Television at least 40 years old not working. Windows without mosquito nets (and there are mosquitoes) oppressive heat there is no air conditioning but not even a fan. The light comes in as soon as the sun comes up because some shutters are broken. Cell phones don't work, you have to get to Massa Marittima (5 km) to be able to make calls. Non-existent WiFi (didn't work for the whole day). I don't understand how they get reservations. My judgment is bad.

The structure is immersed in a truly delightful context, then sleeping in the evening is a pleasure. The rooms are basic but equipped with everything necessary. The cleaning of the swimming pool needs to be improved. The wi-fi connection is also very weak and does not always work. We would have expected upon our arrival to be received by the owner who never showed up and therefore to receive information on the various activities that can be carried out on site. The girl at the reception gave us valid information on places to dine, also because the restaurant in the structure, although advertised on the site, is not operational. Luca

apartment in which I stayed (Stella) is not bad but the layout and the lack of shutters in the rooms does not offer shelter from the light and privacy compared to other apartments they give with an entrance and an external table in front of the bedroom windows. Of the 4 windows present, only 1 had usable mosquito nets even if broken, and being near a stables, the presence of flies and horseflies is normal but they should not arrive in the rooms. The bedrooms in this apartment do not have fans. The closed bathroom is not equipped with an extractor fan, perhaps it was once present, now there is a hole in the wall with a power outlet next to it. The wifi is not actually usable, the connectivity jumps constantly and makes it difficult to even receive whatsapp messages, the area has no GSM coverage. In nearby apartments, during a heavy storm there were water infiltrations. Broken masonry barbecue with bricks on hand for protection and grill in very bad condition. Lack of crockery supply. We have not received any suggestions or excursion proposals from the owner, even on request for indications of cellars to visit to buy wine and oil, he remained very generic and did not provide us with any proposals. An excellent potential ruined by the lack of valid care and attention.

Lalocandadelminatore is off the beaten tourist track. It seems there that time stands still. Quiet, dreamy and beautiful.. Iuri and his son Irio, as well as the staff are great hosts, are always there for us. We were often invited to take part in various leisure activities, grilled, horseback riding, taken to the Lago .. and much more. The apartments are rural, simply and functionally furnished, but clean and have their own charm. Dogs are also welcome. For us it is clear and certain: we would love to come back to Capanne next year!!! See you soon ..
