Unsatisfied. Filthy. Do not recommend. There was used dental floss tied to the shower head, shower was dirty had hair everywhere, dirt and dust on the soap bottles by the sink, carpets had stains all over them, dirt and dust throughout the entire room, the lock was broken on the room door, the bedding looked dirty, the room was disgusting! The ice machine was out of order, there was an elevator out of order, the elevator was loud and dirty. The staff was nice although, when reaching out to management regarding the uncleanliness there was no response. Staff was the best part our stay it’s too bad the room was so gross otherwise we would’ve stayed there again.

The internet stopped working during the night, and the fridge froze much of the food we put in it. Breakfast was so-so.

Very old and dated. Elevators didn't work and we had to carry luggage up two flights after driving all day in 95 degree heat. Wooden furniture was old and scratched. Carpet was ancient and dirty. Smallest bathroom I have seen in a hotel and poorly lit. One bed is two feet from the A/C and the other is two feet from the bathroom. One room key didn't work and had to go back to fix it. Strong smell of insecticide in lobby near door. No orange juice or baked goods for breakfast--only sliced bread and the usual other items. Needs updating!

We visited over Memorial Day weekend, and to say the least this was a disappointment for the Hilton line. The room we got smelled. There was a stain on the one bed on the comforter that looked like pee. So we slept on the other queen in our room, on top of the comforter. There seemed to be an old stain as well on the carpet from a pet relieving themself. We were in a pet friendly room, as we were traveling with pets. But the room was poor cleanliness wise. The staff was pleasant to deal with, however for a holiday weekend they should have had more staff available. Any time uou had to go up to the front desk, you had to wait 15-20 minutes in line before being waited on. Moral of the story, not a good Hampton to stay at.

Beds and pillow were very comfortable, everything you would expect from a hotel room. The kitchen breakfast staff was amazing! Dottie and Lvany (the kitchen breakfast crew) were super accommodating, fun and friendly!! Give these ladies a raise!! Above and beyond with their customer service! They made our whole group feel welcome and comfortable!!

We have stayed in many Hampton Inns all over . This one was terrible .The person at front desk was not friendly. The 1st room we went to - smelled terrible , went & asked if we could we move . We were given another room which was much better . We were not recognized as Silver HH members & I had to ask for water . I was always nice & polite . Maybe they were having a bad day . The hotel itself looks older - worn , carpets , furniture. . . When we checked out a very friendly person , thanks us for being HH , silver members & asked if I would like some water to take . Check out was much better than check in. With all this said - the price was really inexpensive Which was a postive .
