This was our first time in Kocaeli and we had our first accommodation experience at this hotel. All the staff (bellboy) who welcomed us at the door were smiling and helpful, and the staff at the reception were also devoted and loving to their jobs. A hotel I can recommend.

Hotel not suitable for conservative families I did not sleep last night due to the sound of the songs, there is a disco and annoying noises I called the reception and asked them to turn on the air conditioning and they did not turn it on. He said it was broken. I told him to change the room for me. He did not respond The bed is small and not clean, and the room is small

Service could be much better otherwise the hotel is fine

Always great. Always book this room with a sea view when I'm on a business trip!

Tam bir fiyasko! Zenspa’da üç kişi için önceden yaptırmış olduğumuz masaj randevusu, İstanbul’dan Kocaeli’ye kadar gelmemize rağmen sisteme kaydedilmemişti. Karşılaştığımız bu hatayı çözmek adına her türlü çözüm önerisini sunduk, ancak hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olunmadı. İşletme yöneticisinin YEĞENİ Abdullah Bey'in sergilediği ilgisiz, profesyonellikten uzak ve saygısız tavırlar karşısında büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Müşteri memnuniyetine dair en ufak bir anlayış ve çaba dahi sergilenmedi ve adeta kapı dışarı edildik. Böyle bir sorumsuzluk ve profesyonel olmayan tutumun olduğu bir yerin, müşteri beklentilerini karşılamaktan çok uzak olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Zenspa’ya güvenip zaman ve emek harcamayın! Despite having made a massage reservation in advance for three people at Zenspa, our appointment was not recorded in the system, even after traveling all the way from Istanbul to Kocaeli. We offered every possible solution to fix the mistake, yet no assistance was provided. The unprofessional, indifferent, and disrespectful attitude of Abdullah, the NEPHEW of the business manager, left us deeply disappointed. Not even the slightest effort was made toward customer satisfaction, and we were essentially turned away. I must stress that a place exhibiting such irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is far from meeting customer expectations. Do not waste your time and effort trusting Zenspa! ARABIC VERSION فشل تام! على الرغم من أننا قمنا بحجز جلسة تدليك مسبقًا لثلاثة أشخاص في Zenspa، إلا أن موعدنا لم يتم تسجيله في النظام، وذلك بعد أن قطعنا الطريق من إسطنبول إلى كوجالي. قدمنا كل الحلول الممكنة لحل هذا الخطأ، لكن لم يتم تقديم أي مساعدة على الإطلاق. الأسلوب غير المهني واللامبالي وغير المحترم الذي أبداه عبد الله بك، ابن شقيق مدير العمل، أصابنا بخيبة أمل كبيرة. لم يتم بذل أدنى جهد لتحقيق رضا العملاء، وتم طردنا بشكل غير مباشر. أود أن أؤكد أن مكانًا يُظهر مثل هذا الإهمال وانعدام الاحترافية بعيد تمامًا عن تلبية توقعات العملاء. لا تضيعوا وقتكم وجهدكم في الثقة بـ Zenspa!
