Sauipe Resorts Ala Terra - All Inclusive

Principalmente o time do restaurante comum para o hotel! English… The name is striking COSTA DO SAUÍPE RESORT ALL INCLUSIVE, but I'm not happy with some points since my arrival check in, I'll score below: 1- room they handed over a room where the bathroom had a broken flush, leaking water and broken soap, the maintenance guy himself asked for the change but what a change... it took 2 hours and nothing went down to the reception to ask for the change... and they asked me come back after 6pm… friend said no eh LUXURY It's a necessity my room is in trouble… and then… to my surprise there was no complaint in the system… in short, lack of total control. 2- I'm in Bahia and I want to eat seafood… I've been trying to book a restaurant called Benditos Frutos do Mar for 2 days that is inside the complex and I can't… why? Simple is closed and only reopens Monday. And what is the attendant's option? Repeated the same thing: “So to schedule the Benditos Frutos which opens on Mondays only on Sundays” (the attendant's words). 3- my new room's bathroom was dirty… and it wasn't the cleaning staff's fault, but the maintenanc

We had a very good weekend, the resort is very legal and organized, the service is wonderful and the food is also. The only thing I didn't like is that they placed us in a room with a shower separated by a dark glass and whoever is in the room can see you taking a bath, etc. That's not a purpose and is extremely disgusting when you travel with friends. But the hotel staff proposed to change the room and made us laughs good.

The hotel is very well located, organized, the rooms are very good, comfortable beds. All that comes in the fridge bar is included in the daily! Excellent breakfast. Near the village and restaurants, near the Tamar Project, but in a quiet and noise-free place ... No parking, but has a convenience with a close good, which charges R$30,00 per day. I regret to have paid to a ¨flaneline ¨ a vacation on the street, for 20,00 per day! I couldn't have paid anything to it, or at least 10,00 per day!! or have stayed in the convenient parking of the hotel, safeer ....

- The strong point of the hostel is the location. It is close to the Church / Beach / Tamar project. - The second decisive factor for me was parking: closed with doors, in the shadow and covering, which makes a difference. - The hostel is “pet friendly”, and it has 4 cats walking freely through the site, which is not bothering at all. I was with a two-year-old child and a small dog and was super quiet the coexistence between them, rsrs. The room was very good, they were super-solicited and gentle all the time... soft and smelling bed and bathroom... they offer free towels for pool, which is also a differential for me. - Breakfast is bored with options and very tasty. - When we check in, the guest offers two bottles of water in the fridge, free of charge. Did you find little? I never saw any guests to have this care... Important: that's just the opinion of who stayed in the last weekend and was very pleased. It's not “publi”, rsrs. I believe we spend so much energy on complaining, so when things work well we also need to stop a while to report good experience.

The facilities are quite nice. The beach has strong waves in the afternoon but the morning is quite enjoyable. The food was ok at best. At Sakura the sushi was good, but the main courses were quite bland. The fried calamari main course at the Mediterranean restaurant was rubbery. The buffet at Meu Rei was ample. Lots of issue with the staff. A few examples that stand out: - one evening, there were no porters at the arrival area for about 45 minutes. Not sure where they disappeared to. - Another evening, it took us over an hour to get our drinks at the lobby bar. The waitress who took our order seemed to have disappeared. Really ruined the mood for our family - We tried many times to call hospitality to get an ice bucket in our room. We gave up after 20 minutes and trekked to the front desk, only to have the manager tell us to call hospitality. We insisted he place the call, and of course no one picked up. He ended going to the kitchen and getting it for us. How about just putting ice buckets in the rooms. - What kind of Guest Services desk does not have a copy of the spa menu? - Good luck calling the Spa. We tried a number of times and gave up. Overall, great facilities, meh food and service needs work. Wouldn’t come back.

The complex of resorts of the Costa do Sauípe impresses the size, but the structure is old and many of the rooms' comforts (shower, fridge, telephone, air conditioning, etc) are defect or not functioning. In our 3-day stay we had to exchange room 02 times for this, however, even with these annoying things, the team always very requesting, educated and available resolved the demands promptly. As for all inclusive, the quality of food was OK, however the variety of food and drinks left unwanted, deserving to draw attention to the lack of options for anyone vegetarian, like my wife. There are no food support points on the beach, and the drink kiosk was a little away from the sticks. With some adjustments in these points, the quality level would take a step and experience would be much better.
