The facilities need an upgrade, start with lighting and A/C also the elevators need a refresh. Some parts smell old, also the restaurant needs more variety. Consider it is almost the only lodging place and it receives people from different origins.

Lovely hotel, mattress was ok , very quiet, the food was amazing! They still want you to comply with mask but just refuse you will be ok !

The temperature in the building was not cool enough, we had a broken chair. The a/c in our room was also broken, we had to transfer to another room on our second day.

When I bought the tickets I was told the breakfast was included, then I asked the clerk hotel for my breakfast tickets he said that ******* did not make the reservation with the breakfast so I have to pay extra for my breakfast very desapointed with ******* about my reservation.
