Nous avions loué ce logement à hamilton sur le site de booking en toute confiance en nous fiant aux photos un studio dit » de luxe », le cadre est beau , une belle maison au bout d’une allée ,avec un beau jardin ,des hôtes sympathiques et accueillant ,les points positifs s’arrêtent ici le studio « de luxe » le terme est indiqué dans le descriptif est une dépendance située derrière la maison , c est un grand studio mais sans luxe, fenêtres fatiguées , la « ensuite bathroom » est une salle d’eau de moins de 3M2 avec non pas un lavabo (il ne rentrerait pas dans l’espace mais un lave main avec un mini miroir, une douche et un WC , le mobilier de cuisine date des années 70, la machine a laver indiqué dans le descriptif n’existe pas dans le studio, les instructions pour la TV ,WIFI ne sont mêmes pas écrites dans un book, ni sur sur une feuille mais sur des bouts de papier (voir photo) !!!, et pour le petit déjeuner la date de fraicheur « best before » était le 19 février (nous étions le 24 Février ) pour le pain de mie !!! les commentaires élogieux sur le l’endroit laissés par d’autres visiteurs ne doivent donc pas concerner le même logement , où nous n’avons pas la même notion du mot « luxe » nous laissons le lecteur juger sur photos !!!

If you're touring NZ and need a place to catch your breath then we whole heartedly recommend a couple of nights at Korbaylen Estates. Brett and Sally are the perfect hosts and great fun. The en suite room was immaculate and fully equipped. The location is quiet and ideally located for the incredible Hamilton Botanical Gardens and Waitomo Glowworm Caves.

Wonderful stay at this Bed and breakfast. The tree lined driveway lead us to the house. Greeted by polite host who was able to accommodate 2 couples. It had all the comforts of home. So clean, smelt wonderful. Fabulous beds, kitchen with coffee, tea, food for breakfast supplying for all tastes. Even Vegemite!! Huge lounge, house surrounded by gardens, really just the comforts of home. Great communication by host also. Highly recommended, thank you Brett and Sally.

We enjoyed two nights at this lovely home set in extensive park like grounds. The bedroom was comfortable with a small ensuite bathroom but we also had access to a larger bathroom, a study and a large lounge/dining room for our exclusive use. There was also a kitchenette with a huge array of breakfast items, cheese and biscuits and lovely home made fruitcake. Brett and Sally were delightful as was their little dog Mollie, who loved to visit occasionally. Hamilton is a wonderful location and their home convenient and easy to find. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.
