Territory Manor Motel & Caravan Park

3.5 out of 5 Stayed at Territory Manor recently. It’s a bit run down, beds have seen better days but still okay overall. No cooking facilities in the room, has jug with tea and coffee. Camp kitchen has been taken down since last visit. Due to locals lock everything up. The pizza was actually really good 🍕 The town has just been through flooding, so if you’re nearby, get out and support them where you can.

Being the wet season, most of the amenities were closed. Understandable about the restaurant but would have been great to be able to have a swim especially the children. This is my 3rd visit to the Manor and always appreciate the quietness and grounds. We love seeing the local wildlife including 2 beautiful brolga.

We spent one night in this motel, or a zoo. Yes, we had a budget room, but spent a good portion of the evening chasing cockroaches of a considerable size. In the bathroom, in the room, they were everywhere. We didnt have a proper sleep, which is the fundamental function of a hotel/motel. Definitely woudl not stay there again and dont recommend that anyone else does.

There was gecko poop on the bed and on the floor. The water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. They send you a reminder to return the key at 5 AM. There was a water puddle at the front door, so we were walking water into the room as we got there! Way overpriced for this time of year!

Clean. Tidy. Easy access. Nice staff.

I needed a quiet modern air conditioned room. I need parking close for my tinny on a trailer. Id been roof top tent camping anf wanted a night in a air conditioned room

The rooms were very basic with no phone or internet. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not serviced, basics coffee and tea were not replenished. The menu in the evening was a series of strike off items with the selection being very basic and expensive. After the 1st night we eat at the Territory Homestead where there were 2 specials each night and a variety of other meals
