Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto sul sito!!! sembra un posto meraviglioso ma l’hotel è pessimo! Stradatato poco pulito e pieno di zanzare. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni e non ci è’ stata nemmeno rifatta la stanza. Cibo pessimo. Nulla a che vedere con un 4 stelle, forse non arriva nemmeno alle tre. Sconsigliato vivamente.

plage fermé, bbq qui marchent pas, chambre pas isolé, bain a remous tiède ,dernière journée pas d’électricité a 400$ la nuit pourquoi pas. Vraiment vraiment sur évalué très dispendieux pour peu de service. Je ne recommande pas du tout surtout si mauvaise température.

We enjoyed our stay at the inn so much. Everything was perfect. What touched us the most was the quality of the service at all levels (from the reception, to the servers (e), to the activity attendants, to the yoga teacher and the massage therapist. Even the employees in the corridors smiled at us and held the door for us. We felt very welcome. We felt that they all love their work and that we are important to them. The menus at Cerf Rouge restaurant were delicious and original, even the breakfast buffet was a wonderful culinary experience. The lake is beautiful and swimming is very pleasant.

L'auberge est plus une sorte de club Med en plus petit Les plus Bord du lac Multiples activités La literie Les moins Auberge un peu désuète Les chambres sont vieillottes Les restaurants ne sont pas très qualitatifs et chers Petit dej hors de prix Les activités sont un peu chères C'est décrit comme un hôtel 4 étoiles mais c'est plutôt un hôtel 3 étoiles

Très très beau site. Beaucoup d'activités sur place. Personnel très accueillant et cordiale. Chambre propre et bien équipée. La prochaine fois nous prendrons une chambre avec balcon pour profiter de la beauté de la nature. Il y avait de tout, on dirait que tout a été pensé.

The staff were amazing from Delvin , the housekeeping staff ,the kitchen staff and Krystel smile every time we met her and her help to find our way throughout the resort.Krystel really brightened our weekend like a sunshine and made us feel at home.

Superbe endroit agréable pour la famille. Un petit coin isolé et paisible. Chambre correcte et confortable agréable pour pour toute la famille. Balade agréable au bord du lac en famille et, activités pour tout le monde. Repas à améliorer.

This auberge only caters to guests that have a room. You can not eat here if you do not have a room. Guests that do have a room can not eat here because there are not enough people to justify opening up the kitchen. I saw 2 guests scrambling for some food out of vending machines because the only other options are a 20 minute drive to the village. It is pretty pathetic to buy a room at this auberge and eat out of vending machines. We live in the area and used to support this place buy going for lunch, supper, and for drinks. Now, I guess they make enough money that they no longer need patrons such as me. They turn us away because we do not sleep there!!! Have you ever heard of anything this pathetic?
