Un posto bellissimo, fuori dal tempo, ma con tutte le attenzioni possibili per gli ospiti. è stato davvero piacevole passare qualche giorno qui. Ottimo anche come base per visitare Matera, Altamura e i dintorni. Consigliatissimo.

Location da favola, stanze spaziose e luminose con veranda panoramica sulle immense distese di verde, un luogo tranquillo, silenzioso e incontaminato. Colazione abbondante e gustosa sia dolce che salata, ottimo e di qualità anche il servizio ristorante. Personale qualifiicato e molto gentile, un grazie particolare alla simpaticissima sig. Ne parlano bene ma... Poco attenti alla soddisfazione del cliente, dettaglio importante di una struttura. Vengo ai fatti: abbiamo contattato la struttura per un pranzo di amici e avremmo voluto vedere la struttura e scegliere le opzioni di menù. Dopo un primo appuntamento andato a vuoto per problemi subito segnalato, ci siamo accordati per un secondo appuntamento che dopo varie telefonate e attese di conferme ad oggi non c'è stato. Il pranzo lo abbiamo fatto altrove, aspettare per poi ancora essere presi in giro non è nei mie pensieri e soprattutto una struttura che solo per vederla ti fa "sudare", meglio cercare un'altra, più vicina e che ascolta il cliente. Dalle nostre parti si dice " hanno la pancia piena"...forse.

L’hôtel est au calme au milieu de la campagne. Il organise par ailleurs des soirées privées ( mariages, anniversaires,…) et c’est évidemment beaucoup moins calme (musique, DJ, enfants qui crient). Nous dînions au même moment dans le restaurant de l’hôtel. Le service s’en est ressenti (la bouteille de vin commandée est arrivée à la fin du repas 😞) même si le repas était très bon. Le lendemain il n’y avait plus de pain au buffet du petit déjeuner. A notre demande le personnel en a ramené mais 15mn plus tard alors que nous avion déjà terminé. Quelques sourires du personnel seraient les bienvenus. Nous avons eu quelquefois eu l’ impression de les gêner. C’est dommage car c’est un très bel hôtel, bien placé avec des chambres joliment décorées.

Nonostante il luogo sia davvero molto bello purtroppo siamo stati accolti con freddezza e poca professionalità. La cena da dimenticare sia per la qualità dei piatti che per il servizio scortese e superficiale. Ci sembrava di essere "di troppo". Non lo consiglio.

Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. My guess is they were filling in for the regular person. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
