A very, very rare new hotel in Europe. It is right on the edge of the old town of Matera. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby. The parking was originally charged, but it was confiscated in the end. I don’t know if I heard it wrong or forgot.

l'albergo è molto bello. Pero' la differenza la fanno i dettagli. E onestamente alcune cose andrebbero migliorate visto comunque il costo della stanza. Non è possibile che in bagno non ci siano dei ganci per appendere gli accappatoi. Ho dovuto metterli alle ante dell'armadio! l'acqua delle doccia era tiepida. Il termosifone a piastra del bagno era freddo e, benchè avessi chiesto in reception di accenderlo, è rimasto spento. La stanza quando siamo arrivati era fredda. E sapendo che eravamo in arrivo credo che tenerla almeno a 22 gradi fosse facile.

Siamo stati molto bene : personale accogliente e professionale, la struttura è molto moderna e con ogni confort. Le camere suite rispecchiano pienamente il valore attribuito . La colazione è superlativa : ricca, ma al contempo raffinata. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Mi sono recata in questa spa con un'amica, dopo aver prenotato alcuni giorni prima un percorso esclusivo di 60 minuti. Accoglienza e struttura strepitose: tutto faceva presagire un percorso nella spa piacevole e rilassante. Ma, ahimè, non è stato così, anzi l'esatto contrario. Il bagno turco era spento, quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni in merito, ci è stato detto che dovevamo accenderlo noi. Naturalmente non ha raggiunto la temperatura e quindi non abbiamo potuto usarlo. L'acqua della vasca idromassaggio era a temperatura ambiente e non si sentiva neanche il cloro necessario per disinfettare. Tenendo conto che forniscono ciabatte di stoffa, quindi non adatte a entrare in acqua, c'era il pericolo di scivolare e anche di prenderci un'infezione. Anche le tisane sono state una chimera, visto che c'erano 4 filtri di the venduti nei supermercati. Alla fine il percorso si è ridotto alla sauna e alla doccia. L'unica nota positiva e di cui ci complimentiamo sono gli accappatoi, molto morbidi e gradevoli sulla pelle. All'uscita nessuno ci ha chiesto com'era andata e nessuno si è scusato per non averci fatto trovare il bagno turco acceso.

Struttura nuovissima, appena ristrutturata, camere molto spaziose e moderne. Televisione senza sky. Colazione continentale nella media. Acqua della doccia tiepida, non c’era modo di farla diventare calda. Acqua della piscina idromassaggio fredda, non siamo riusciti a goderci la spa privata ( a pagamento) . Tutto sommato problemi superabili e sopportabili se non fosse un 5 stelle. Posizione ottima per visitare il centro storico.

Très belle hôtel. Bien situé. Très belle chambre. Au calme. Déjeuner très bien.
Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles mais à mon avis un 4 étoiles. Le service est bon mais sans sourire Ma chambre au 2e étage avec un beau balcon sans meuble et vue sur la rue très bruyante dans la journée. Aucune collation dans la chambre et dans l'hôtel et pas de restaurant . Pas de terrasse extérieur, pas de toit et pas de vue. Ici c'est dormir et déjeuner. Chez moi on appelle ça un Bed & breakfast. Très chère pour un B&B. Par contre L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter les Sassi .

Location semplicemente STUPENDA. Assolutamente come da foto (fedelissime) del sito. Nuovissima, PULITISSIMA (sembra una cosa scontata ma...viaggio molto e mi reco spessissimo in alberghi di tutta Italia e vi garantisco che purtroppo non è sempre così), camere ELEGANTISSIME e dotate davvero di tutti i confort. Colazione SUPERLATIVA, fornita di tutto per ogni esigenza. Tutto lo staff dell'albergo è formato da ragazzi giovani, ingambissima, preparatissimi e soprattutto SEMPRE GENTILI. Un plauso a tutti ma, un plauso personale va alla Signorina Maria Piera che ha risolto una mia richiesta dell'ultimo minuto in un periodo per di più di festa, in pochissimo tempo. Consigliatissimo. Ci ritornerò assolutamente al più presto. Poi in una location come quella del centro storico di Matera..... A presto ragazzi...!!!
