Tutto perfetto. Ambiente grande e collocazione ottimale con centro città raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti. Personale gentile e disponibile che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in reception anche dopo aver lasciato la stanza.

El sitio es bonito y limpio, tiene refugiados viviendo allí , cosa que me dio inseguridad ya que es como una. Iglesia de caritas y no lo dicen en ningún lado, la caja de seguridad no funciona no hay plancha y retirado caminando del centro histórico muy solo para caminar, después de la. 9 no hay nadie ni servicios la habitación, hay mejores a mismo precio y más cerca

Camera molto spaziosa moderna e silenziosa ma troppo luminosa per la notte. Il personale era per lo più assente (siamo andati via senza fare un check out ma lasciando le chiavi appese) anche se cordiale e la colazione che era compresa non ci e’ stata preparata anche se ci e’ stata data l’opzione di andare al bar di fronte.

Sistemazione comoda, pulita ed essenziale appena fuori dai Sassi. Molto tranquilla la zona, parcheggio comodo. È una struttura che la Caritas diocesana usa durante l'anno per accogliere ragazze in difficoltà, ma che d'estate diventa un comodo e moderno mini-residence. Si vede la mano minimalista di un architetto. Ogni stanza ha un micro giardino molto utile (io viaggiavo con i miei due cani)

Sicuramente un'esperienza da consigliare. Camera tutta nuova, molto pulita, materasso e cuscini top... siamo stati molto bene e quando torneremo a Materia soggiorneremo di nuovo qua. A 3 minuti di macchina dall'inizio dei sassi.

Posizione tranquilla e comoda per visitare i sassi. Bella la struttura, con vista sulla Gravina. Non dispone di posto auto privato, anche se non è difficile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Per la colazione messa a disposizione macchina per espresso e brioches confezionate. Molto disponibile l’host

Parfait. A 1km du centre. Chambre parfaitement équipée et propre et très calme. Jardin et terrasse. Pas de pdj mas des petits gateaux, du café et du thé.
