Un hôtel magique au cœur de Matera, avec tout le confort, un accueil adorable et aux petits soins… Chambres confortables avec une vue extraordinaire, et un petit déjeuner fabuleux. Salle de bains tout confort. Literie de qualité. Je recommande à 300%

Ospitalità sincera e generosa. Camere ampie e pulitissime, posizione strategica e struttura comoda all'accesso a chi ha difficoltà motorie che in una città come Matera non è scontato. Chi lavora in questa struttura mette il cuore nel suo lavoro; siate gentili se deciderete di soggiornare qua, loro fanno di tutto per farvi sentire a casa vostra. Personale GENTILISSIMO sia al desk. Colazione ottima! La vista sul Sasso Caveoso è davvero bella. Eravamo in 3 (coppia con figlia) e abbiamo preso per una sola notte la Suite n.9. Mobilio dei letti piuttosto deludente, molto spartano, sembrava quasi compensato. La bassa valutazione è per la presenza di muffa vistosa della quale ci siamo accorti solo la sera quando ormai al desk non c'era più nessuno per chiedere il cambio con un'altra stanza. Andrebbe fatta un po' di manutenzione perché l'intonaco si stacca. Al check out ho segnalato la muffa; il personale non si è sorpreso (evidentemente era a conoscenza), ma la suite è stata ugualmente affittata e al prezzo standard del periodo, senza accennare minimamente ad alcuna forma di disobbligo.

Emplacement parfait au centre de la ville ancienne. Un accueil chaleureux et sympathique avec de nombreux conseils. Une superbe vue depuis la chambre, plusieurs terrasses très agréables sous le beau temps et un excellent petit déjeuner dans une très belle salle voûtée. Par goût personnel, nous avons trouvé le matelas très mou.

We loved the room, the bed was big and comfortable and the pillows were to die for. It was like I was in heaven. We had a big bath tub in the bed room too. Loved it and would go there again with friends. The weather was perfect and the people are helpful. The only downfall was the breakfast, too little choice.

Everything was perfect, the view of Matera at night is beautiful!. The staff is very kind. They allowed us to check in earlier and leave our baggage at the departure time. I strongly recommend staying here.

Location molto bella, posizione tattica per visitare Matera, la vista dalla camera del Sasso Barisano un coccola meravigliosa…. Colazione con prodotti tipici molto buoni… Gentilezza del personale Il nostro amico a 4 zampe ben accetto anche nella sala pranzo …. Che dire!!!! Siamo stati veramente bene
