Simple, clean, everything works, and a great location to the town. The customer service is wonderful. We booked three rooms; all came to be very clean, and a working AC! We found free parking close by and there are plenty of paid parking around.

Parfaitement situé à Matera pour visiter la ville, dans une rue calme. Chambres agréables avec une déco moderne et originale. Très propre. Martina est très accueillante et donne de très conseils pour les restaurants et les visites. Le petit déjeuner est servi directement dans la chambre sur une table à l'heure souhaitée. Je recommande sans hésitations.

Posto al di sopra delle aspettative. Curato e con accortezze di cialde e biscottini in un'area comune molto curata. Bagno bello pulito funzionale . Arredato con gusto. Fuori dalla porta lavagnetta fon messaggi di benvenuto. Viaggio molto ma quello che ho trovato da Martina mi ha stupita. Idee carinissime innovative. La porterò nel cuore. Ottima struttura dove alloggiare per visitare Matera. La posizione è ideale, camere accoglienti e servizi top. Danno la possibilità di acquistare tour e prodotti tipici e accolgono animali domestici come se fossero i loro. Gentilissima la ragazza che ci ha accolti ci ha offerto pancake, biscotti, caffè anche se non avevamo il servizio colazione incluso, infine ho dimenticato una cosa in camera e lei me l'ha spedita per posta 💛. Io, mio marito e il nostro cagnolino non la ringrazieremo mai abbastanza. Consigliatissimo!

The apartment was delightful, clean and cared for in every detail. Unfortunately we were unable to meet Martina in person, but she was always available, present and kind from the beginning of our stay, giving us advice on restaurants and things to see, and offering us every comfort to make our stay pleasant and unforgettable.

We stayed here for part of our summer vacation, and were delighted with it. The property is in an excellent position because it is close to the center, but outside the stepped area which would make it difficult to access by car or luggage that characterizes the old part of the city. The room, furnished in a very minimal style, however, was clean and functional, more than satisfactory for a stay of a night or two.
