La struttura si trova a 10 min a piedi dai sassi, vicinissima a ottimi locali e ristoranti. Le camere sono comode e pulite, solo un po' buie perché interne e senza finestra sull'esterno. Il Sig. Michele è molto disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per visitare Matera.

Great location. Hard for us to find because we were diving and didnt have wifi. Owner very nice but speaks no English. He provided maps with walking routes so that we saw everything. Once we knew where the hotel was, no problem.

Anche quest'anno abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni a Matera ormai tappa fissa delle nostre vacanze ma soprattutto al nespolo. Location al top comodo per raggiungere i sassi o per raggiungere qualsiasi altra meta. Parcheggio comodo. E poi che dire di Michele il proprietario, una guida turistica perfetta consiglia luoghi e posti dove mangiare ottimamente e dove ci manda lui è sempre una garanzia. Alla prossima.

Di ritorno dalle vacanze, abbiamo deciso di visitare la città di Matera, con i bambini. Il B&b, è molto grazioso e caratteristico, situato nella zona del sasso Caveoso della città. Ha il parcheggio privato che si paga a parte, ma comodo perché siamo in centro. La camera pulita e letti comodi, il bagno pulito e spazioso. Non ci sono finestre, ma comunque vivibile. Parlando con il signor Michele, abbiamo avuto molto consigli da dove fare colazione alla guida per visitare la città. Consiglio

Adatta solo a viandanti o pellegrini. Molto economica, senza finestre. Non non la rifarei. Dalle foto sembrava attraente ad un buon prezzo. Ma la realtà è stata davvero deludente. Peccato. Unica cosa positiva è la posizione centrale bellissima.
