Prestation Royale Comme la suite que nous avons eu à tout petit prix. Magnifique hotel dans un batiment historique très bien aménagé avec beaucoup de cachet. Mérite largement ses 4 étoiles. Très bien équipé. Mention spéciale au service qui est très distingué, respectueux et professionel. Merci beaucoup pour cette parenthèse à Cognac !

Cadre : au coeur de la ville de Cognac. L’hôtel est très joli extérieurement. Service : parfait. Le personnel est très compétent et agréable. Les chambres : spacieuses, très propres. La salle d’eau est grande. La piscine : elle est petite mais très pratique. Le parking : pensez à le réserver en amont. Il est petit mais appréciable. Les prix : dans la moyenne. La qualité de l’hôtel et ses prestations sont très bonnes. Je recommande +++

Hotel agréable, très bien situé. Accueil sympathique. Quelques bémols cependant. Un piscine vraiment très petite qui a le mérite d'exister mais le site de l'hôtel devrait mettre en avant cette taille ( au delà de 2 ou 3 personnes c'est compliqué). D'autre part, le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles et encore moins de son prix.

El hotel está en un edificio muy señorial y en un lugar céntrico. Con ascensor. Habitación muy cómoda y correcta. Desayuno impecable con variedad en los productos de calidad para elegir: verdura, fruta, lácteos, bollería, proteinas... Servicio atento, amable y resolutivo.

Nous avons fait escale en couple pour une seule nuit. L'accueil fut agréable, l'ambiance feutrée, le personnel discret. La chambre était impeccable. Nous avons pu profiter du hammam mais pas de la piscine car elle est de petite taille et un couple jouait déjà dedans à notre arrivée. Nous aurions aimé benéficier également d'un massage mais nous nous y sommes pris sans doute un peu tard et la masseuse n'était pas disponible. Mais c'était très bien quand même.

I’m just concluding a 2 week stay at Francois Premier Hotel in Cognac. I previously reviewed this hotel in July 2022 when I said I loved the hotel but knocked a star off my rating as the hotel had some serious WiFi issues at the time. I’m happy to report that the WiFi is now amazing (fast and reliable) and you don’t have to login daily and there don’t seem to be to be number of device limits. The other big change. My room had a brand new beautiful large Philips TV with included streaming services. Still the best hotel by far in Cognac!! Also to note: maintenance, continuous improvement, staff friendliness and engagement! The quest for quality never seems to stop!

Wonderful hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic location right in the centre of Cognac. Great breakfast and ate dinner in a restaurant nearby owned by the hotel. Very good meal and friendly staff.

Très bon accueil. Superbe hôtel pour un séjour en plein cœur de la ville de Cognac. Les chambres sont superbement décorées : chaleureuses, très chics avec beaucoup de caractère, leur hauteur de plafond est très appréciable, très lumineuses grâce aux immenses fenêtres. Double porte dans la chambre qui permet d'être au calme.

Lovely few days spent at this hotel whilst in Cognac for a friend’s wedding. Wonderful location, in centre of Cognac. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lovely shower in bathroom .
