Usha Ascot

The stay was just ok the property has grown old and need upgrade. Rooms are decent. Food is expensive if not part of the package and not great. Breakfast spread is very basic.

Genuinely one of the best properties to stay in matheran! food is undoubtedly excellent. The rooms are quite huge, very clean and cossy, the bathroom is neat and tidy and the rooms even have huge balconies to sip evening coffee. Usha ascot has a massive property and you feel 'into the nature. Loved the stay there. Unfortunately i do not have any

Room was good but food was not good. Bread was very hard and when we asked that why it is hard then they said that bread was kept in fridge that is why it is hard. Butter was very bad. Don’t know which butter they use. We had taken jain food and in the evening dinner they served pane-er lababdar which was jain and it was stale when we tested it. In breakfast they had served curd but it was very tart. We put 5 spoon sugar then also it didn’t get sweet. Swimming pool was very dirty. Service is very slow. They don’t give infront of what they charge. You will get ***y other resorts in lesser price compare to usha ascot with good service and food. It was not worth stay for me.

Overall good hotel and good ***agement. Location is also good. Food is also good. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

We were given very corner rooms after booking executive deluxe which was suppose to be with swimming pool view but we had room next to gutter smelling very bad. We had hi tea included the package while hotel ***ager denied and breakfast was very average like poha and up-ma

We all get food poisoning by eating the hotel food. Breakfast was worst and not eatable. Services are not good.

Good maintained property, good location, nice greenary
