Very nice hotel, modern and confortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast is good and varied. Close to a big shopping mall and metro station. Oporto center is only 10 min. away in metro.

A recepção foi péssima, de tal forma desagradável que tocou a má educação. Não se preocupam com a satisfação do cliente e não resolvem qualquer problema. Sem qualquer justificação creditaram o valor de uma noite, sendo que não estávamos lá hospedados As toalhas de banho são muito pequenas.

Hotel en el que me suelo hospedar cuando visito Porto. La atención por parte del personal siempre es un diez, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a atender cualquier duda. La cama es cómoda y cumple su función, la ducha es amplia. Cuenta con opción de parking por un precio económico y tiene la estación de metro a 5 minutos andando.
