I regret booking this hotel. First, the Tamazukou Hot Spring Street is very depressed. There are almost no businesses and no attractions to visit. It is incomparable to Kinosaki Hot Spring and Shuzenji Hot Spring. It has only an ordinary river and is unattractive. There are very few tourists. Second, the hotel is worn out and the carpets are dirty and in poor taste. I booked a cheap room with some fake flowers and cheap decorations. The bathroom was too small. The overhead door was separated by a bed cover with a cloth. It was very difficult to use. The bed cover should not be exchanged for each guest. The store sells souvenirs, which resulted in a bad taste. Dinner set breakfast The buffet is average and rough. Dinner actually uses this kind of chopsticks. The hotel is still old. There are many staff and the ability to accommodate foreigners. The service is courteous, thoughtful and enthusiastic. I saw a Japanese team and a ********* team staying in the large bathhouse and looked at the facilities. Ordinary old people. Many people just came from the renovated Jiayun Hotel. They took off their shoes to check in and booked one hotel room and two meals. It was cheaper than this one. The room was comfortable, everything was spotless, the food was elegant and exquisite, so the contrast was too strong.

The food was also delicious. The hotel is very kind and has a good impression.

I celebrated my father's 70th birthday at this ryokan. All the dishes were very delicious, and I enjoyed the two hot springs. The building itself is old, but the garden was well-maintained, and I could feel the maintenance and cleaning of the room. I would like to use it again when I travel nearby.

We stayed 2 nights at this ryokan and may have been the only westerners there, but that did not fase the staff. They tried constantly to do the right thing, despite our lack of Japanese. The roof top Onsen is perfect, the room was very comfortable and well equipped and the meals were outstanding. Try a kaiseki dinner if you have the time and capacity; we had 2 and they were superb.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with local cuisine made with local ingredients, grape ice cream, and clam soup served by an "eternally 20-year-old" grandma! I was also glad that I could relax in the special room. I was impressed that they value hospitality from check-in to check-out. However, perhaps because of their popularity, it was crowded with people and unsettling, and the room construction and cleaning were not very good, so I had an allergy and couldn't relax. The facilities and hospitality seemed like they were just piling up old-fashioned things, so I think it would have been better if they had been a little more refreshing and I could have relaxed.

For my first trip to Izumo Taisha, I chose Tamatsukuri Onsen and stayed at Kasuien Minami. The facilities and rooms were great, but the food was especially delicious, ranking 24th in the Japanese inn cuisine category. (This is not accurate at the time, but •••) The dish was so delicious that it brought a smile to my face every time I ate it, and it was a dish that made me feel that the craftsmen had done a careful job. If my request at Izumo Taisha Shrine comes true, I would like to stay there during my visit. It was a really good inn.

Crab Samadhi, 1 night, 2 people, 84,000 yen.The crab that came out was probably thawed from the 1,500 to 2,000 crab sold at the supermarket, and it smelled so watery that I couldn't eat it. As for the customer service, I arrived after hours due to JR, and they told me that there would be a shuttle service, so when I asked the hotel, I was told that there was no shuttle service. I had no choice but to head to the hotel, but when I arrived, the lights weren't on, and when I went to the front desk, no one came out. I couldn't check in until 2:30, and they didn't even serve me a cup of tea. This is my first time staying at a hotel where I take a break during the day. Anyway, I love the food and the customer service, and I don't want to go there again.

Special room 2 nights. In the washroom, even if I used only a small amount of hot water, I had to wait 3 hours for the hot water to come out. Without this note. (Perhaps not suitable for women.) The hot springs are nice. Grilled food: Steamed and roasted on a burner - fake. Bechobecho. This is what the administrator said. Breakfast has a lot of items, but nothing elaborate. It's salty. It just lasts a long time. Perfect for people who appreciate numbers. The quality is the worst. Unpalatable. Emphasis on group. It's not a quiet environment. It's cold inside the hotel, and the waiting room is a typical one. Do not order tea from the cafe. Lukewarm, no scent. It's best to go in a group. Not recommended for individual travel.
