The room was spacious and had a hot spring bath, so I had a comfortable stay.

Although the word-of-mouth evaluation is high, it was a response that I do not understand why.・Dinner time is inflexible in the order of arrival, and it is said that other ryokans are the same (arrived around 15:30) ・The parking lot is full (the staff disappears even though they say they will park elsewhere)・Since the yukata belt for a 5-year-old boy was "pink", I asked for a different color, but the older male staff reluctantly brought out an adult version. (My wife saw me complaining behind the scenes.) ・Even though the meal was listed as "hall or restaurant", it was served in the room. (That's not written on the company's page, and it's Rurubu's mistake, so it's irrelevant).・I bought ice cream from a shop, but it didn't come out easily. It should contain popping candy, but it won't pop. (Is it old?) ・There is a great step at the entrance of the bath in the guest room, and if you are not careful, you will hit your feet.・The futon is "senbei futon". I don't know why it is so highly rated. It may not be suitable for families with children.

My wife and I stayed at Tsuki for one night during our honeymoon. The 250-year-old building and rooms have original wooden beams. This is a very authentic, very comfortable ryokan. The staff speak enough English to make your stay very easy. Free fast Internet access is available in the lobby. If you are in Matasumoto, I would recommend you to come here. The sushi place across the street is also very good, run by a lovely old couple.
