Good hotel conveniently located near the castle of Matsumoto. Great breakfast and free bicycles to use.

An excellent location for both the station and tourist areas. Very quiet

Simple and great hotel, look old but it is more to a classic woody design. Specifically giving a thumb up to their customer service, not calculative at all, full patient and smile is always with them even do we checking at the late night. The room is clean and big, but the only bad thing is the sound proof of the room have to make some improvement… 3-5min walk to the nearest 7-11 convenient stall for your supper. English and Japanese style breakfast.

Good stay, the hotel's not too far from the castle.

It had all the basic facilities and services you would expect from a good hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay. The location is very convenient for sightseeing in Matsumoto and I am very satisfied.

Overall it's good, the staff is friendly. But we stayed for three consecutive days, it would be better if the hotel staff could change the garbage bags every day!

The hotel has a long history and the rooms are small, especially the bathroom. This is certainly not a hotel problem. The service provided by the grandma and grandpa at the front desk is very good. They are very old and try their best to communicate in English. Thank you to them.

There was no microwave in the room, but it was a good room I had no problems with the water pressure of the shower, which is common in hotels, and I was able to spend comfortably. The parking lot was free, but it cost 700 yen/day. Outlet 1 at the bedside Outlet 2 at the desk So people these days should bring taps with them.
