We like this new hotel. It’s super clean, and the front desk staff are v friendly. Its location is v convenient to travel back to / from the stations and also easy to access lots of restaurants and shops. Will definitely come back next time when we visit Matsumoto.

The hotel is about 7 minutes walk from Matsumoto Station, and is close to Matsumoto Castle and the Art Museum.
We stayed in this hotel as a transit hotel. The room was of decent size, clean and tidy, and the service was good.
The hotel offers free ramen and pancake ice cream at night. The breakfast space is too small. If there are many people staying, it is recommended to go early, otherwise you will have to queue. The breakfast is average, the variety of things is okay, but they are too small, a bit like a child playing house.

The hotel mistakenly allocated my room to another guest and all rooms were fully occupied, the staff offered fully refund or rearranged another other for me. They did wrong but tried the best to compensate.

It's very close to the JR station and a few minutes walk. There is ramen every night. Unfortunately, we were very full from eating sashimi at a nearby restaurant every night, so we didn't try ramen. The breakfast was quite satisfactory.

It was a very clean hotel. I was very grateful that it was close to the station. The breakfast buffet didn't have a lot of items, but it was delicious! I wish the pajamas were regular pants and a shirt, not a one-piece. The only thing that bothered me was that I could see the corpses of small insects in the light shade of the room. (It may be unavoidable since it's a pain to remove and clean it every time.)
