The location is perfect - right in the center, near Matsumoto station and Matsumoto castle. Numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The room is sufficiently large and has all the necessary amenities. The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially with storing my luggage and helping to send it to the next hotel. Overall, great value for money.

It is a cheap hotel where I stayed, it offers breakfast at an affordable price. The facilities are very from the 80s. Nothing has been renovated in these years. I guess that's why the price is what it is.

The temperature of the air conditioner could not be precisely adjusted and it was extremely cold, so we could not use it from beginning to end. Even though I hadn't set my alarm clock to be around 4am, it was very annoying.
