Friendly staff, amazing location for visiting the Onsen, literally just outside the hotel door. I would definitely come back if in the area.

温泉地なのに大浴場が無くユニットバスのみなのに朝食無しで1人2万円超え、その日は宿泊客が多かったから仕方ないとして作業着で1人だったせいか、フロントの人間があまりにも人の事を馬鹿にした態度に感じた。挨拶もしないし館内の案内もしない。此方から問い合わせると馬鹿にした受け答え。駐車場が遠いのに荷物も預かりたがらない。ここの経営者はどんな社員教育してるのでしょうか？恐らく今まで宿泊した道後温泉の旅館のなかでも最低でした。2度と利用しません。

It's in front of the Dogo Main Building, so it's perfect for sightseeing.
Overall, I have nothing to say. I'm satisfied.
It would be helpful if they posted parking information on their website. The parking lot is far away for cars with high clearance, so as others have said, it's quite a steep walk and you'll get out of breath.
The sushi restaurant in the hotel is closed on Mondays, so be careful about dinner.

The room was spacious and clean! ! They even went out of their way to bring power outlets and extension cords to our room!

The explanation about the parking lot was thorough, accurate, and very easy to understand.
When I asked for another yukata to change into, it was delivered right away. Breakfast was a set meal, but I thought it was a good deal compared to the price. I think the location is great, with a great view of the Dogo main building from the window.
