I like all the super hotels because they are stable and clean. Breakfast is also included.
There is no public bath, but it's about a 15 minute tram ride to Dogo Onsen, so you won't have any problems if you go there.
The location is not bad, but the closest station is Katsuyamacho Station, which is about 10 minutes from both Matsuyamashi Station and Dogo Onsen, and it is a 4 minute walk from Katsuyamacho Station to the hotel.

The futon is very thin, and when you turn on the heater, the air hits your face even if you change the direction, making it very dry. There is an air purifier and a refrigerator, but they are loud and disturb your sleep. You can take the amenities when you enter the room, but if you don't take them first, they will be taken away immediately. Parking is far away, but it costs 550 yen. It's far from the main building of Dogo Onsen, so you might get cold after taking a bath. The breakfast menu is decent and it's included in the room fee, so I thought it was fine, but I don't recommend it in winter.
