It's a very ordinary business hotel.
However, there is a large natural hot spring bath, and there is both a "normal bath" and a "spring bath (water temperature about 36 degrees)" where you can relax and relieve your fatigue.
There is an affiliated parking lot (multi-storey) next door, but they said "low-height cars are not allowed," so I was unable to park my car (Rover Mini with oil pan guard).

Well, even though it was a light rain, it was still far from Okaido Arcade and I needed an umbrella. The source of the hot spring was lukewarm at 36 degrees, which was not suitable for me. The cleaning staff's greetings when I left the room were also pleasant. The toothbrushes were wrapped with illustrations of Matsuyama's basketball team, which might have made fans happy. I didn't want to pay more than I paid, so it was a good value for the price.

I visited Matsuyama for the first time to support a soccer team. I stayed overnight and watched a soccer match, so I only did sightseeing in Matsuyama city, and chose this hotel for its location and price. It was close to the tram station, restaurants and convenience stores, had a large public bath (hot spring), and the breakfast was delicious, so it was a really good hotel. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, and are larger than modern business hotels. It is also convenient to go to Dogo Onsen by tram.
