離jr松山站大概500米，步行7-8分鐘就可以到了。酒店門面很小。
房間也很小，但是很乾凈，香香的。
二樓有免費的早餐。
離酒店大概200米處就有路面電車的站台，去松山市裡的景點也很方便。
酒店價格也很便宜，性價比很高。

場所はJR松山駅からほど近いが、繁華街からは結構離れていて、立地的に微妙だと感じました。
全体的に建物が古く、あまりきれいな印象はありません。
禁煙ルームを希望したのですが、タバコの匂いが酷く、結構苦痛でした。

松山駅に近い格安ビジネスホテル。格安だけあって、建物は古く、シャワールームも狭く使いづらい。防音の状態も良くなく、伊予鉄の踏切の音や、車・路面電車の走行音が気になる。ただ隣室の物音は聞こえなかった。無料の夕食・朝食が提供されている。早い者勝ちであるし、格安ホテルの無料提供なので、せっかくのご当地料理を食べるため、利用しなかった。駅前ではあるが、松山駅自体が繁華街ではないので、周囲にはお店が少ない。この点もマイナス要素。
