Als Radreisender dort gewesen. Gute, zentrale Lage. Gute Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit mit Schlüssel. Freundlicher Service - Familienbetrieb (bulgarisch). Zimmer in gutem Zustand, allerdings teilweise sichtbar selbst und nicht duch Fachfirma renoviert, wenig Schallisolation zu Nachbarzimmern. Sehr schönes kleines Restaurant mit gutem Angebot. Frühstück in einem Raum mit perfektem Skiurlaubs-Flair der 70er-Jahre, alles gut erhalten. Frühstücksangbot selbst sehr üppig und lecker.

Das Alpenhotel Edelweiss ist ein großes, einfaches Hotel direkt neben der Rofan Seilbahn. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen vor und hinter dem Hotel zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allen Belangen gerne weiter. Unser Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer war groß, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist nicht luxuriös/modern, sondern einfach und völligst in Ordnung für einen schönen Wanderurlaub am Achensee. Das Frühstück ist super. Es gab Brot, Brötchen, Toast, verschiedene Cerealien, eine Wurst- und Käseauswahl, Rührei, Bacon, Würstchen, Rohkost, Marmelade und Nutella. Zum Trinken wurden Tee, Orangen- und Apfelsaft, Wasser und verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten angeboten. Das Abendessen dagegen ist nicht zu empfehlen. Maurach bietet viele leckere Restaurants, welche entspannt fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Insgesamt ist das Hotel wirklich in Ordnung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Mussten kurzfristig und sehr spät am Abend eine Unterkunft finden. Die Telefonische Auskunft war nett un Zuvorkommend. nette Betreiber, Einfache und Saubere Zimmer leckeres Frühstück. Preis ist ganz OK
