Eu e o meu namorado fizemos a reserva porque achamos um valor ok pra diária, além de ter café da manhã, almoço e janta inclusos, mas também por ser ao lado das Thermas de MR. O hotel tem duas estruturas o Classic I e II. Para o passeio, ficamos no II. Chegamos no hotel e ainda não tinham deixado certo qual seria o nosso quarto, sendo que quando reservamos, pedimos que queríamos com vista pro rio. A vista do quarto que pegamos é ótima, porém o quarto é pequeno, cheio de traças. Jogos de cama e banho manchados, travesseiros BEM baixinhos também. Frigobar não estava com bebidas. A água, por exemplo, tínhamos que ficar pedindo na recepção. Mulheres: ir equipada com secador de cabelo. O que não nos decepcionou foram as 3 refeições do dia. Comidas deliciosas, sendo que no sábado eles tem o atrativo "Churrasco de Varal". Na sexta e sábado a noite (as noites em que pernoitamos) teve música ao vivo para os hóspedes, para descontrair.

Ótimo atendimento, todas as vezes que fui com minha família sempre fomos bem recepcionados, todas as refeições são maravilhosas, a noite tem música e interação com os hóspedes, os quartos são exelentes. Recomendo muito e sempre que posso fico neste hotel!

Péssimo hotel ! Não recomendamos de forma alguma. Descaso com os clientes. Meus pais reservaram o hotel, pagaram com antecedência e quando chegaram no hotel disse também que não tinha reserva e depois que não poderiam ficar no final de semana pq o hotel estaria fechado. Não deram nenhuma satisfação ou avisaram com antecedência. Ainda fizeram pouco caso da situação deles. Pensem bem antes de reservar com eles.

Nunca mais voltarei! Quarto extremamente sujo , com janelas que não tem limpeza há anos! As roupas de cama estavam manchadas e o colchão e travesseiros eram muito velhos! Café da manhã só tinha bolachas e bolos, com poucas frutas! Os frios estavam cheios de moscas! Local muito mal cuidado!
