A five star experience from start to finish began at checkin on our arrival. Friendly, professional staff directed us to our room which, despite the dark, promised a great view and was well furnished and spacious. We ate at Wok and Zen the first night where the great service continued alongside fabulous food. The piano bar offered live music every night and the group on Sunday were brilliant. If you choose to have dinner at El Faro, and I highly recommend that you do, then choose the croquettes! Very clean comfortable beds and sofa modern lovely host went at Christmas they put on shows round pool.it was cleaned daily inside and out the only thing we did not like was the paint colour needed toning down to make it more modern it's a sickly bright green god knows who chose that awful colour. Could also do with a few arcade machines instead of having to go into town for something to do like a ****** no idea why 2 stars definitely worth more than that rating.i will be going again
