Atwell Suites KANSAS CITY AIRPORT by IHG

I wanted to recognize Adonte, who is in charge of breakfast at Atwell suites Kansas City airport by IGH. He is very attentive to make sure there is always enough food for the hotel guests. He wipes up every spill. I appreciate his positive energy in the morning to start the day. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, well appointed and very clean. I also wanted to recognize and thank the front desk attendant who was working at 10 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2026. She went to all four floors to look for a luggage cart for us. She was unable to locate any luggage carts. We found out that this 104 room hotel had only two luggage carts. I hope they have added more since our visit.

My husband and I arrived at Atwell suites Kansas City, International Airport at 10 PM on a Saturday night. We checked in and asked for a baggage cart. The desk attendant said there weren’t any available. And that this hotel with 104 rooms only has two luggage carts. Like many travelers, we drove for hours with Two cats. We were exhausted! My husband had to make at least five trips carrying one thing at a time.

A snow storm forced me to change my route and I actually found this place by accident. First, Kaydence at the front desk was awesome. I hadn't been in Kansas City before and she had good suggestions regarding food, etc. all with a smile. The hotel itself is quite clean, and my room was great. It was like a small studio apartment with comfy beds and actually had pretty decent pillows. I personally would have liked a larger shower head, but whatever. The next morning, Holly, also at the front desk was kind and efficient. Laundry facility was very adequate for my needs. It is a LITTLE loud being near the interstate and airport but it is what it is, I still slept quite well. I cannot speak for the breakfast as I didn't try it, however their beverage selection is solid. (Coffee, juice, etc.) They have Coke products, but nobody is perfect. I stayed in a crap hole of a hotel the night before and paid $60 more. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Rooms were super clean, super spacious, and the staff was so friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Loved the room! Very modern and clean. Had everything I needed in a compact space. Nice amenities in the hotel also. Will definitely book again

Lived this new hotel! Breakfast was really nice-varied items and all uncle. The beds in the room were comfy and loved the layout of the room. The coffee maker was just adequate-go down and get better coffee. The bathroom was small. But, would definitely stay again!

Great as always! Stayed here many times. This time had to keep extending due to family emergency. They were gracious to keep me in the same room which helped by not having to pack everything each time and switch rooms. Much appreciated!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, room was quiet considering the close proximity to freeway. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast had all the items needed to get your day started.
