Light in bathroom flashed all the time it was on

Loved this property! Stayed here when we came from California to watch the Chiefs playoff game. Close to shopping and Arrowhead Stadium! Would definitely come back here!

Really good service and attention

The hotel is close to the airport which is why I booked it. That is where the positives end. There was a piano which blasted music so loudly we could hear it well after 10pm even over our own tv in the room. The walls are paper thin so we could hear everything happening in the room above us and beside us so we barely slept. We decided to try sleeping on the pull out sofa bed to escape the noises in the bedroom side of the room and still the music was playing so loudly it was hard to sleep through that. The carpet was coming unglued and had a big roll in the middle of the floor. There was also trash on the elevator floor that stayed there from our arrival through check out.

We parked our car here for extended stay while we were on vacation. We were shuttled to the airport. Upon return we called the hotel and they informed us there wasn’t a shuttle available for several hours, however they reimbursed our Uber ride back to the hotel. The room was cleaned and they allowed us the check out late. We enjoyed our stay! Will definitely return.

it was very clean and service with excellent. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bartender was amazing and the food was very good. The pull out sofa bed was well a pull out sofa bed. Over all good stay.

I like the smell of the place as I walked in. I wish you had sandwiches during the week I arrive on a Thursday during lunch and had nothing to buy in the snack store.
