Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Rob at the front desk was very condescending. I booked a room and checked in the day before. Because my arrival is before normal check in time, my company buys the room so Im guaranteed a check in at 0800 AM. They canceled six of the nine people in our group. The room I reserved in the online check in app was given to someone else. When I asked to speak to the manager, he refused to speak to me.

Dont like that the shuttle bus does not take you other places than the airport. Hard to get a ride to the KCI Expo center. That being said your driver Kathy was a treat!

Perfect location for traveling. The hotel has shuttle service, has a bar and a restaurant and Starbucks also.Food is always good, we always leave our car here too, the place is safe and secure.
