Before the epidemic, I came to KC almost every year and stayed at this hotel every time.
It's 7-9 minutes' drive from the airport, has a shuttle, and has a nice environment, but there are few places to eat around.
Breakfast is a normal Holiday Inn level, overall okay.

The hotel was nice and clean with an easy and quick check-in. There is NO free breakfast, which was disappointing. Also disappointing that only 1 person was working the “restaurant” and there were more dirty plates on tables than available tables to sit.

Their transportation driver Matt was awesome knowing people were coming in from flights late at night and be super tired. He was very generous and helped us with our luggage.
The bartender at their bar, super on top of things, clean facility. She has a very gregarious personality

Very nice stay however i did find some socks that were left in my room so naturally gets me to think how the room was cleaned. Normally this it my preferred hotel to stay at. I may be checking into other hotels when i visit this area in the future. But over all good stay.

Comfy bed. Very quiet room with very soft sheets. Wish I could get those sheets for my house. Wonderful stay. Accommodating staff.

Walking it the customer service was amazing. So informative. I was able to drop off my rental car and the shuttle picked me up the night before my flight. 10/10
